This is a personal health-tracking tool, not a medical service. Shifra Health helps you keep
track of your own supplements, medications, water, sleep, symptoms and health notes, and gives
general wellness suggestions based on the information you give it.
Not medical advice. Everything the assistant says, by web, text or phone, is a suggestion
for your personal tracking. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't create
a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship. The people who run this app are not
medical professionals.
Check with a professional. Before you start, stop or change any supplement, medication,
dose, diet or exercise plan, or act on a symptom or lab result, check with a qualified health
professional such as your doctor, pharmacist or a registered dietitian. If the assistant suggests
you see someone soon, take that seriously.
Not for emergencies. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 now. For a
mental health crisis, call or text 988. Don't wait for, or rely on, a reply from this app.
AI can be wrong. Answers are produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). They can be
incomplete, out of date or wrong, including supplement information, interactions, doses and
prices. Prices come from public web listings and change often; check them at the retailer.
Your information. Your data is stored in a private, separate database for your account.
To work, it's processed by a few service providers we use only to run Shifra, never to sell your
data or advertise to you:
- an AI model provider: the assistant's replies
- a phone provider: calls and texts
- a voice provider: the AI-generated voice on calls
- an email provider: sign-in codes and notifications
- a cloud hosting provider: where your data is stored
You can ask for the current list of providers at any time.
Saved website logins are encrypted, and the assistant never sees your passwords. This app is
not a HIPAA-covered service. Don't upload anything you aren't comfortable storing here. You can
ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
Calls and texts. If you agree, your assistant will call and text you from your assigned
number with reminders, check-ins and replies. That includes automated and AI-voiced calls and
texts, at the frequency you choose in Settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to
stop calls and texts, and START to turn them back on.
Use at your own risk. You're responsible for your own health decisions. The app is
provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, its operators aren't liable for
decisions made or actions taken based on it. You must be 18 or older to use it.
